I am a Counselling Psychologist with over 10 years of experience in counselling, training, and mental health promotion. I hold a Postgraduate degree in Counselling Psychology and work with children, adolescents, adults, parents, and working professionals. My areas of interest include stress management, anxiety, emotional wellbeing, relationship concerns, parenting guidance, adolescent issues, self-esteem, life skills, and personal growth. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential space where individuals can explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges while working towards meaningful change. In addition to individual counselling, I have conducted workshops and training programs for schools, colleges, and corporate organizations.
