Lok Hoong Yee

I am a Clinical Psychologist with experience supporting clients from diverse backgrounds in private practice and government hospital settings. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, personality disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, relational difficulties, and self-esteem concerns. My therapeutic practice draws primarily from Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I believe that everyone has their own strengths and ability to cope with life’s challenges, and my role is to provide a supportive space where clients can better understand themselves and build on the inner strengths they already have.
