As a licensed Registered Psychotherapist and a Student of Doctorate (Psy-D ) Clinical Psychology Program I have been passionate about working in the mental health field for more than ten years. I have completed her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology Degree. I am an Expressive Therapeutic Art Practitioner, Mindfulness Meditation Coach and a School Counselor. I am certified in Equine Assisted Therapy. I work from a holistic wellness perspective where I combine traditional individual counseling with a modern psychological approach. I use a variety of approaches including Expressive Therapeutic Art, Child and Play Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, other modalities, Walk and Talk Therapy, and Group Therapy and workshops. I understands the cultural influences in our lives, which will be addressed in a respectful and sensitive manner. I work with clients dealing with but not limited to Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Identity Crisis, Stress, Intergenerational Trauma, Life Changes, Domestic Violence and more.
