I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R), a 500-hour Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT-500), a Level 2 Internal Family Systems (IFS) practitioner, and a somatic therapist. I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults, offering a holistic and integrative approach to healing. My practice emphasizes the mind-body connection and recognizes that emotional well-being is deeply connected with physical, and mental health.
