As a QABA-Certified ABA Technician with experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), I am eager to contribute my skills and dedication to helping individuals achieve meaningful developmental progress. Throughout my professional experience, I have implemented individualized behavior intervention plans, collected and analyzed data, supported skill acquisition programs, and assisted clients in developing communication, social, academic, and daily living skills. I have worked with both verbal and non-verbal children across various settings, allowing me to adapt my approach to meet each child's unique needs and strengths. In addition to my ABA experience, I have worked as a Shadow Teacher for several years, providing individualized support within educational environments and collaborating closely with teachers, therapists, and families. My background in private tutoring has further strengthened my ability to develop personalized teaching strategies, foster engagement, and promote independence in learners with diverse needs. I am passionate about delivering evidence-based interventions with professionalism, empathy, and consistency.
