Shreshtha Malhotra

I am an RCI-licensed Rehabilitation Counsellor committed to creating a therapeutic space that is safe, respectful, and collaborative. My practice is queer-affirmative and informed by an awareness of the structural, social, and cultural contexts that shape people's lives. As a certified Narrative Practitioner, I believe in each person's right to define, understand, and explore their experiences on their own terms. Rather than positioning myself as an expert on my clients' lives, I approach therapy with curiosity, respect, and a commitment to centering their knowledge, values, and agency. I view therapy as a space for self-inquiry, discovery, and reclaiming ownership of one's story, with my role being that of a facilitator walking alongside clients in this process.
