No two people experience life in exactly the same way, which is why I believe therapy should never be a one-size-fits-all process. My approach is collaborative, flexible and tailored to the individual sitting in front of me. I have specialized training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and am also undergoing training in trauma counselling. While these approaches inform my work, I take an eclectic approach and draw from different therapeutic perspectives depending on each client’s needs, goals and circumstances. I work with adolescents and adults facing concerns such as anxiety, stress, overthinking, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation challenges, life transitions, people-pleasing patterns and feelings of being stuck or overwhelmed. At the same time, I believe people are far more than a list of symptoms, and I strive to understand each client’s unique experiences, strengths, and personal story. To me, therapy is a space for self-reflection, growth and meaningful change. Whether you’re navigating a specific challenge, processing a difficult experience or simply trying to understand yourself better, my aim is to work alongside you in making sense of your experiences and developing the tools needed to move forward with greater confidence and self-awareness.
