I am a registered clinical social worker, a registered board certified art therapist, an art therapy certified supervisor, a philosopher of consciousness studies, a teacher and an author. I work with people dealing with trauma (sexual abuse/assault; accidents; illness); loss (death, divorce, life transitions; job displacement; career changes); and mental health issues (ADHD; anxiety, depression, PTSD, addictions). The most common words people use to describe their work with me are "inspiring" and "epiphany". I work with creative avenues in order to help you take full responsibility for your life and realize your highest potential. I assist you to learn the practice of emotional regulation in order that you can live fully in your personal power no matter what is happening in your life.
