Tisha

I'm Tisha, a trainee psychologist currently completing my MSc in Clinical Psychology. My training has taken me across hospitals, rehabilitation centres, and counselling settings, always under supervision, working with people navigating a wide range of life's harder moments. I'm especially drawn to concerns around loneliness, identity, and belonging, the quieter struggles that come with figuring out who you are in a fast-changing world. I bring genuine curiosity to every conversation, without assuming I already know what you're going through.
