I am a counselling psychologist interested in how modern life shapes mental well-being particularly experiences of loneliness, identity, and belonging in increasingly complex social environments. My therapeutic approach is grounded in cognitive-behavioural therapy drawing from humanistic and existential perspectives based on client’s presentation. My experience across psychiatric hospitals, deaddiction rehabilitation centres, and counselling settings has involved psychological assessments, case formulation, and psychoeducational work with diverse populations. Alongside practice, I remain engaged in research on contemporary mental health concerns, with conference presentations and award-winning academic work.
