My approach is rooted in Emotion-Focused, Narrative, and Gestalt therapies, and I practice through a queer-affirming and trauma-sensitive lens. I view individuals as a part of the complex systems, experiences and relationships that shape their lives. Both the client and I sit down to figure things out together, slow down, notice patterns in and hold a space of curiosity. However, I am always flexible and adapt my methods to fit each client's unique needs, goals and concerns.
