As a dedicated psychologist with a Master's in Psychology from King's College London, I have been passionately serving clients since 2021. My expertise lies in neurodevelopmental disorders, including ADHD, ASD, ID, and OCD, where I utilise a blend of psychosocial interventions, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based approaches. I focus on empowering families and individuals through tailored interventions and support strategies, facilitating meaningful change. I bring extensive experience in psychometric assessments for ADHD, autism, ODD, anxiety, depression, and IQ, alongside therapy delivery and parent training. My practice integrates family systems approaches, CBT for anxiety and depression, trauma‑informed care for teenagers, and ACT for peer supervision and employee assistance. As a trained coach and motivational interviewing practitioner, I mentor, guide, and empower individuals.
