Hi, I'm Vidushi Shandilya, a psychologist with over seven years of experience working with adolescents and adults. Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, overthinking, intrusive thoughts, self-doubt, relationship difficulties, or the impact of difficult life experiences. Some feel stuck in patterns they don't understand, while others simply want a space where they can talk openly and make sense of what they're going through. I am specialized working with clients who come with, anxiety, OCD, depression, self-esteem concerns, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, and I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. I believe that therapy is not about having all the answers, it's about exploring your experiences together, understanding what keeps you stuck, and finding ways to move toward a life that feels more meaningful and authentic to you.
