I am a Psychology graduate with a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Through my supervised counselling experience and internships in mental health and educational settings, I have developed strong skills in active listening, empathy, communication, case documentation, and ethical practice. I am passionate about supporting individuals' mental health and well-being and enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds.
