Aaliyah Verma

I am a neurodivergent therapist focused on creating a safe and justice oriented space for my clients. I help with concerns relating to depression, anxiety, stress, substance use, time management, adult ADHD and ASD alongside concerns relating to gender and sexuality. I employ a neurodivergent and queer affirmative lens alongside being trauma informed and justice oriented. You are welcome as you are - this theraputic space exists for safely sharing and exploring fears, the past, trauma, intrusive thoughts, ideas, joy and so much more. As a therapist, I strive to be present, resourceful, and empathetic.
