I’m a qualified person-centred counsellor offering warm, compassionate and non-judgemental support to adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, grief, relationship difficulties, life transitions and work-related stress. I have a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent adults, including those who are late-diagnosed or exploring whether they may be autistic or ADHD. My approach is collaborative and client-led, helping people feel heard, understood and supported while they make sense of their experiences and move towards meaningful change. I offer a calm, inclusive space where clients can speak openly and at their own pace.
