Helen Fletcher

I am a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (CBT) with a Master's by Research and additional training in EMDR. I specialise in supporting individuals aged 16 and older dealing with trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and employee mental health. My therapeutic approach combines Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT, and trauma-focused techniques to foster resilience and personal growth. I offer online sessions to accommodate diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQ clients and those with neurodevelopmental concerns. Additionally, I am developing an equine-assisted therapy service in Warwickshire to enhance healing through unique experiential methods.
