Fareeha Naik

I am Fareeha, a Counseling Psychologist with an MA in Counseling Psychology based in Mumbai. I work with individuals, professionals, and corporate teams who are navigating stress, burnout, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the everyday weight of simply trying to keep it all together. My approach is person-centred and eclectic , which means I meet you exactly where you are. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all method. I draw from different therapeutic frameworks to create a space that is genuinely tailored to you , warm, non-judgmental, and grounded in what actually helps.
