Hello, and welcome. I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) and Certified Clinical Counselling Hypnotherapist Practitioner with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families. I provide trauma-informed, client-centred counselling through secure virtual and telephone appointments. I support individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma, stress, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and parenting challenges. I also bring lived experience as a parent navigating disability, advocacy, and complex support systems. I offer a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space.
