Hello, I’m Maria, a qualified Psychotherapist offering Art psychotherapy dedicated to creating compassionate spaces for healing and authentic expression. My work combines therapeutic presence, creativity, and deep listening to support individuals in reconnecting with themselves. From my personal and professional experience I believe that art making, mark making and creating allows us to communicate experiences and emotions that are often difficult to express verbally. The combination of conversation and creative process can help us slow down, release emotions, and discover new perspectives. My approach is gentle, intuitive, and client-centered. I am accredited by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), the same body that regulates doctors and social workers and the British Association of Art Psychotherapists (BAAT).
