As a counselling psychologist most of my work has been with students and young adults (18–35) who experience anxiety, overthinking, relationship challenges, and uncertainty about life direction. Many of the individuals I work with appear to be managing life on the surface, yet internally feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unclear about themselves and their decisions. My work focuses on helping them understand these patterns, build emotional clarity, and develop healthier ways of coping, relating, and moving forward. With nearly seven years of experience across counselling, education, and mentoring, I have developed a strong foundation in empathetic listening, psychological insight, and practical intervention. I like to combine therapeutic practice with program development like combining signature analysis to asses personality and art therapy with positive psychology to connect emotional growth with personality development. Application of REBT and SFT bridging the gab between acceptance and solution focused change. Individualized tailor made theraputic approaches to enhance session productivity and providing grounding techniques to strengthen clients coping mechanics. I also work with mental health initiative frame works conducting community meetups and workshops with my current organisation.
