I consider myself lucky that my work as a therapist is also my great passion. I have training in psychology and humanistic psychotherapy. I consider psychotherapy as a space for discovering one's own potential and our shadows; a sacred place where a genuine and sincere connection frequently occurs between two people, where vulnerabilities are shown to be able to work on them. The fact that I am a highly sensitive person (HSP) allows me to truly connect with people, with empathy, without any type of judgment towards them. My training in mental health allows me to have a broad map of the human being and its complexities, as well as the paths of action towards lasting and powerful change.
