I have a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from USIU-Africa. I am passionate about the care and management of clinical disorders such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, addictions, and psychological trauma, with a special emphasis on adverse childhood experiences (ACEs). I am EMDR Level 1 and 2 trained practitioner (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is an evidence-based and effective psychotherapy for psychological trauma). I offers mental health, stress management, and resilience-building training for corporate clients As a professional, I fully embody the statement, “There is no health without mental health”.
