Grace Whiley

I am an experienced counsellor and CBT therapist I have worked in mental health for 3 years now. I have a PG from KCL and a counselling Diploma. I am specialist in PTSD, Autism and supporting those with anxiety due to their background and abusive relationships either at work or personal. I was a teacher and am a mother so I have experience of working with young people too. I like using a blended approach of person-centred and CBT Therapy. I have produced some journals for improving sleep and anxiety. My qualities are being kind, patient professional but warm. I am in my early 50’s and have lived experience of anxiety.
