I’m Greta, a psychologist originally from Lithuania, currently living in The Netherlands. Living abroad has shaped both my personal and professional life, giving me an understanding of the opportunities (and challenges) that come with making significant life changes. I work with people who feel anxious, lost, or stuck. If you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood, overthinking, low self-esteem or feeling disconnected, I can help you understand yourself better and take practical steps towards a change. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the Netherlands, where my research focused on what makes therapy effective. One of the most consistent findings is that the quality of the relationship between therapist and client plays a central role in meaningful change. Because of this, I place strong emphasis on building a genuine, trusting connection. In my work, I aim to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, supported and respected. To me, psychological support is not only about individual change, but also about fostering a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships, so you can take better care of yourself and those around you. My approach is informed by CBT, ACT, and Schema Therapy, incorporating elements and techniques from each.
