I'm a counselling psychologist, working from 2024 in deep de-addiction and neuro psychiatric hospital. Here, my role is to provide therapy to patient's dealing with addiction, emotional dysregulation, mania, bipolar, schizophrenia, anger issues, relationship issues, teenager emotional management, anxiety, depression and sexual problems. To deal with all these issues I use multiple approaches depending upon need clients like CBT, DBT, SFBT, ACT, REBT, MET & Internal Family system.
