As a Master’s-trained psychotherapist with over 10 years of counselling experience, I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood, and practically supported through life’s challenges. Together, we will explore your thoughts and emotions, uncover the triggers and patterns behind your struggles, and work towards helping you regain clarity, steadiness, and a greater sense of control. Over the years, I have supported youths and adults through concerns such as anxiety, phobias, depression, mood swings, stress and burnout, life transitions, work and caregiving stress, grief, self-esteem concerns, addictions, anger, trauma, and relationship difficulties. I hold a Master’s in Counselling from Edith Cowan University and am committed to ongoing professional development, reflective practice, and continuous learning in my work as a therapist. My approach is integrative and evidence-informed, drawing from psychodynamic therapy, CBT, mindfulness and somatic practices, Gestalt techniques, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Parts work, and trauma-informed frameworks. These are thoughtfully adapted to your unique situation to support greater insight, emotional balance, healthier relationships, and meaningful, lasting change. As a Certified Mental Wellness Coach and Facilitator, I also bring training in work stress, positive psychology, mindset development, and resilience-building. Together with my earlier experience in leadership, training, business operations, and caregiving, I have a grounded understanding of workplace stress, burnout, family responsibilities, caregiving fatigue, and life transitions. Whatever you may be facing right now, you do not have to go through it alone. There is a way forward, and I am here to walk that path with you.
