Currently practicing as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist at a reputed hospital in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, where I work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals. My role involves conducting individual psychotherapy and counseling sessions for both OPD and IPD patients, developing treatment plans, maintaining clinical documentation, conducting psychological assessments, and supervising psychology interns. I have experience administering a range of psychological assessments, including IQ tests, personality assessments, and projective tests. My clinical work includes supporting adolescents and adults experiencing Anxiety Disorders, Panic Disorder, Mood Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Personality Disorders, and Substance Use Disorders. Over the course of my clinical practice, I have conducted approximately 2,000 individual therapy and counseling sessions across diverse clinical populations. My therapeutic approach is primarily eclectic, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Interventions, and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to tailor treatment according to each client's unique needs and goals.
