I am Tsheliwe Mandozana, a compassionate therapist and aspiring psychologist with a strong passion for supporting individuals and couples through emotional, psychological, and relational challenges. I am currently building my professional skills and knowledge in the helping profession, with a focus on understanding human behaviour, mental health, and relationship dynamics. I enjoy working closely with individuals who are going through personal struggles such as stress, anxiety, family conflict, and life transitions. I also have a deep interest in couples work, where I support partners in improving communication, rebuilding trust, and strengthening their emotional connection. My approach is grounded in empathy, active listening, and respect for each person’s unique experience. Through my learning and field-related experiences, I have developed an understanding of psychological and social perspectives that help me view people’s challenges holistically. I aim to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to find solutions to their difficulties. I am also passionate about community well-being and have been involved in awareness activities that promote health and social support, especially among women and community members in different settings. These experiences have strengthened my communication skills and my ability to connect with diverse individuals. My long-term goal is to grow as a professional psychologist and therapist, specializing in individual and couples therapy. I am committed to continuous learning and to using my skills to help people heal, grow, and build healthier relationships and lives.
