Sanya Dawar

I am an early-career psychologist with a growing specialization in Narrative and Relational Therapy. Deeply interested in relationships and the ways they shape our lives, I am drawn to helping people make sense of their experiences, reconnect with their strengths and values, and develop preferred stories for their lives. My work is informed by clinical training across diverse mental health settings, qualitative research on relational experiences, and additional training in Narrative Therapy, Relational Therapy, Family and Couples Counseling, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I bring curiosity, emotional attunement, consistency, and a collaborative approach to my practice, with particular interests in relationships, identity, life transitions, and emotional well-being.
