Gauri Indulkar

Hi, I’m Gauri, a Counselling Psychologist based in Pune. I am a 25 years old mental health professional. The basis of my therapeutic practice lies in the stance of the client centered approach. I believe that mental health is an amalgamation of thoughts, emotions and behaviour, theoretically. Although, more subjectively, it is a fundamental form of self care. I think it includes awareness about who we are, and then being able to navigate the circumstances and individuals around.
