As a counseling psychologist with over 4 years of experience. I have a master's in applied psychology where I specialized in Counseling and Psychotherapy. I deal with concerns like anxiety, depression, stress, interpersonal difficulties, trauma, self esteem and identity related concerns. My approach to therapy is flexible and deeply attuned to the needs of the client. My therapy approach is largely trauma informed and is integrative of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Transactional Analysis and Internal Family Systems.
