Hi, I'm pooja I am a psychology post graduate with a strong interest in mental health and emotional wellbeing, passionate about supporting individuals through compassionate and client centred care. My internship experiences at Mithra, Doc Goutham’s Neuro Centre, and Sri Ramachandra gave me exposure to working with children and individuals with developmental, behavioural, and learning difficulties, helping me build empathy, communication skills, and a deeper understanding of diverse mental health needs. I believe in creating a safe and non judgmental space where individuals feel heard, understood, and supported. I am especially interested in making mental healthcare more approachable and accessible while continuously learning and growing as a mental health professional. As someone beginning my career in this field, I am eager to contribute meaningfully to a team that values empathy, ethical practice, and genuine human connection.
