About

I am an HCPC-registered Psychologist and Director of Crystal Goals Limited, with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, families, and professionals across clinical, educational, community, and professional settings. My interest in psychology began long before my professional training. From an early age, I was naturally curious about people, their experiences, emotions, and the stories that shape who they are. That curiosity continues to underpin my work today. I specialise in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, emotional overwhelm, low self-esteem, attachment difficulties, burnout, and significant life transitions. I also have experience supporting individuals affected by complex trauma, relationship difficulties, family challenges, and workplace pressures. Alongside therapeutic intervention, I have extensive experience undertaking psychological and cognitive assessments and working with individuals presenting with ADHD, autism, attachment-related difficulties, emotional regulation challenges, and the impact of developmental trauma. I have a particular interest in supporting high-performing professionals, leaders, and business owners who may appear successful externally whilst privately struggling with anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, perfectionism, or the pressures of balancing multiple responsibilities. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each individual. Drawing upon evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed practice, psychoeducation, and emotional regulation strategies, I provide a safe and supportive space where clients can gain insight, build resilience, and create meaningful and lasting change.
