Rhea Dhamdhere

I’m a psychologist with a foundation in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, primarily drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My work so far has largely centered around children and adolescents, supporting individuals with diverse emotional, behavioral, developmental, and learning needs through individualized and compassionate care. Working closely with children has given me valuable insight into emotional development, family systems, behavior patterns, and the importance of creating safe, trusting therapeutic spaces. As I continue pursuing my Master’s and expanding my clinical experience, I am now extending my practice to work with adults as well. Through a combination of academic learning and hands-on therapeutic experience, I am continually deepening my understanding of mental health and the many ways people navigate life’s challenges. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, non-judgmental, and personalized.
