Angelo Aga Silvestre

I am Angelo Aga D. Silvestre, a licensed clinical psychologist with a Master’s degree in Psychology from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines and currently completing my Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical and Counseling Psychology at Holy Angel University. Since 2016, I have specialized in a diverse range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). I provide compassionate counseling for individuals, couples, and families dealing with challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. My expertise extends to developmental assessments, including ADHD and autism screenings. I also conduct psychological assessments for a variety of needs, from pre-employment evaluations to legal cases. I am dedicated to creating a supportive environment where clients can explore their feelings and achieve meaningful change, whether through in-person sessions, online therapy, or group workshops.
