Psychological Therapist specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), with experience across NHS and private practice settings. I work with individuals aged 13+ delivering evidence-based therapy for PTSD, anxiety disorders, OCD, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties through individual, couples, and group therapy. Alongside my clinical work, I am the Founder of The It Therapy Co., a modern mental health brand focused on redefining therapy and making psychological wellbeing feel more accessible, relatable, and empowering. My work combines clinical expertise with a passion for changing the way people engage with mental health support, particularly among younger generations. Professionally, I have experience within high-intensity CBT services, community mental health teams, and complex mental health presentations, including trauma, severe anxiety and OCD. I am confident in psychological assessment, formulation, risk management, and delivering structured, outcomes-focused interventions. Across my clinical work, I have consistently maintained recovery rates above 75%. In addition to therapy, I also provide staff wellbeing support, psychoeducational workshops, and mental health training, with a particular interest in making psychological knowledge more accessible within workplace and community settings. I am passionate about evidence-based therapy, mental health education, and challenging outdated perceptions of what therapy “should” look like. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on creating meaningful, lasting change.
