I am a behavior therapist with a degree in psychology and multiple international certifications, complemented by ongoing hands-on training. My work integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), emotion-focused therapy, exposure and response prevention (ERP), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), humanistic therapy, and motivational interviewing. This broad toolkit allows me to meet you where you are. For anxiety and panic, we may use CBT and mindfulness to calm the nervous system. For OCD, ERP helps you break free from compulsions.
