I am a Counselling Psychologist with an M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology, offering a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for clients of all ages. I follow an eclectic approach integrating CBT, Person-Centered, and Trauma-Informed Therapy to provide personalized care. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship concerns, self-esteem, and life transitions. My goal is to empower individuals with practical coping skills and support them in achieving lasting emotional well-being.
