Ishika Agarwal

As a counselling psychologist, I have gained practical experience through counselling internships, supervised counselling practice, career guidance, and mental health support initiatives, which have strengthened my skills in active listening, empathy, rapport building, and ethical practice. My areas of interest and specialization include adolescent and young adult mental health, emotional wellbeing, stress and anxiety management, relationship concerns, self-esteem issues, and career guidance. My approach to counselling is client-centered, empathetic, and non-judgmental. I believe in creating a safe and supportive space where individuals feel heard and understood while exploring their thoughts and emotions at their own pace. I aim to help clients build self-awareness, resilience, and healthier coping strategies while supporting their overall personal growth and wellbeing.
