I am a Clinical Psychologist with experience supporting adults and couples through anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, emotional crises, and life transitions. My approach is psychodynamic and relational, focused on understanding each person’s emotional history, unconscious patterns, and unique ways of relating to themselves and others. I provide a supportive, reflective, and non-judgmental therapeutic space tailored to each individual’s needs.
