I currently work as a Principal Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist within the NHS, where I provide specialist assessment, psychotherapy, supervision, consultation, & service development. I offer both short- and long-term psychoanalytic psychotherapy, EMDR and Mentalization-Based Treatment (MBT), working with a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, emotionally unstable personality disorder (EUPD), dissociative difficulties, relationship problems, and the lasting effects of abuse, loss, and adverse life experiences. My approach is relational, psychodynamic, and informed by attachment.
