I am a liscensed Psychologist and Counselor with experience in psychological assessment, counseling and mental health intervention for children/teens, adolescents and adults. My professional work involves providing support for concerns related to anxiety, depression, stress, emotional and behavioral difficulties, self-esteem issues, peer and interpersonal challenges, academic concerns, and adjustment-related difficulties etc. I have experience conducting individual counseling sessions, psychoeducational interventions, behavioral observations and mental health awareness programs in educational settings. I also work collaboratively with parents, teachers and school systems to facilitate holistic psychological support and promote emotional, social and well-being. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, evidence-informed and tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
