Bhakti Kataria

Bhakti Kataria is a Counselling Psychologist and Expressive Arts Therapist with a gold medal in MSc. Counselling Psychology and a Level 3 UNESCO-CID certification in Expressive Arts Therapy. She integrates REBT with expressive arts modalities to create therapeutic spaces that are both evidence-based and deeply experiential. With experience spanning hospitals, psychiatric setups, de-addiction centres, assisted living homes, corporate settings, and schools, she has worked with children, adults, elderly clients, and professionals across the lifespan. Currently taking individual sessions and workshops, she brings clinical depth, emotional maturity, and a genuine commitment to holistic, compassionate care.
