As a highly experienced Counselling Psychologist (25+ years), my motivation can be summed up thus: "Helping people to help themselves". My aim is to provide a safe space for clients to better understand and manage their minds and emotions, to "become their own therapist". My primary approach is Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy.
