Clinical Psychologist with RCI-recognized M.Phil and strong clinical exposure in psychiatric and developmental settings. Skilled in psychological assessment, evidence-based therapies, and multidisciplinary collaboration. I work with an eclectic approach and work towards empowering the client for reflection and self growth. My practice is built on the belief that pathology is a human experience, not a separate category of existence. Whether a struggle is sub clinical or a formal diagnosis, the weight of the experience remains real, valid, and I can help it become more manageable by creating a safe, non judgemental environment with a trauma informed approach.
