As a Counselling Psychologist with over a decade of experience, I have provided counselling Interventions for individuals experiencing a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, academic and self development challenges. I will listen, understand, meet you where you are and walk with you to where you want to be. My job is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental atmosphere, support and guide you to become the best version of yourself.
