With 7+ years of experience as a Counselling Psychologist and Psychotherapist, I specialize in Depression, Anxiety, Anger Management, Self-Esteem, and Relationship concerns. I work with individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and REBT, while offering an eclectic therapeutic approach. Before entering the mental health field, I spent 14+ years in the corporate sector, working as an Operations Manager, Coach, and Trainer with leading global organizations such as HSBC and IBM. This experience gave me deep insight into workplace stress, burnout, relationship dynamics, performance pressure, and emotional well-being. In my current role as a Psychotherapist and Psychologist, my approach is tailored to meet each client’s unique needs, fostering personal growth and well-being in a supportive and truly non-judgmental environment. Together with my clients, my wholehearted intention is to help them navigate life’s challenges, find balance, and enhance their overall mental health and well-being. I am also a mother to two growing daughters, which gives me valuable first-hand insight into parenting, relationship dynamics, and adolescent concerns.
