I am currently working as an ABA Therapist at Stepping Stone Centre, Bangalore, where I implement evidence-based behavioral interventions for children with developmental and behavioral challenges, particularly those on the autism spectrum. Under the supervision of a BCBA, I assist in conducting functional assessments, implementing individualized treatment plans, and systematically collecting and analyzing behavioral data. My clinical practice involves using structured techniques such as Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET) to enhance communication, social interaction, and daily living skills. I also actively collaborate with parents and educators to promote skill generalization across settings, ensuring meaningful and consistent progress. In addition to my ABA experience, I have completed internships at Raju Hospital, T. Nagar and Our Lady’s School, Mannady, where I developed foundational skills in psychological assessments, counseling techniques, and psychoeducation for children, young adults, and elderly individuals. To further strengthen my expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis, I am currently pursuing the ABAT certification under the BCBA board. This ongoing professional development reflects my commitment to ethical practice, skill refinement, and long-term growth in the field of ABA.
