I am a recent postgraduate in Clinical Psychology from MIT World Peace University, Pune, with a multidisciplinary academic background that integrates psychology and philosophy. I completed my Bachelor’s degree with Psychology and Philosophy, which cultivated a strong interest in human behavior, meaning-making, and the philosophical dimensions of mental health. Alongside my academic training, I am currently pursuing a certification in Existential Therapy, further deepening my engagement with reflective, person-centered, and phenomenological approaches to psychotherapy. My clinical and academic experiences have strengthened my understanding of psychological assessment, therapeutic communication, and mental health interventions across diverse settings. I have developed a keen interest in integrative psychotherapy approaches, particularly those that explore identity, emotion, anxiety, and lived experience through both scientific and existential lenses. Through internships, research work, and practical exposure in clinical environments, I have cultivated empathy, analytical thinking, and a commitment to ethical mental health practice. I aspire to contribute meaningfully to the field of psychology by combining evidence-based practice with a deeper exploration of human subjectivity, resilience, and personal growth.
