I am a mental health practitioner, psychotherapist, and psychoeducator with experience supporting clients through individual therapy, group therapy, psychoeducation, and trauma-informed emotional wellbeing programmes. My work focuses on trauma (adverse childhood experiences, complex PTSD or personal lived experiences), shame, emotional regulation, self-worth, anxiety, relational patterns, attachment wounds, psychological safety. I draw from trauma-informed, emotion-focused, CBT-informed, psychodynamic, schema-informed, and neuroscience-supported approaches to help clients understand the deeper patterns behind their emotional and relational struggles. I bring with me deep respect for the messy, layered, and beautiful experience of being human. What shapes my practice is a natural psycho analytic flair - an attunement to the subtle, the unspoken, and the spaces in-between. I’ve often been told I have a sharp eye for nuance, and a way of gently naming what’s hidden beneath the surface. This makes my journey with you in your self-discovery different.
